We were introduced to Bo Knows cheap madden coins accidentally. Writers, directors, sketchers -- all of us were sat on the couch discussing some storyboards to shoot our next project. We wanted to trim the length of the script because it was a little too long. Everyone was offering their opinion on this and this. I asked, 'Why don't we do this? ... Do we do we not move this over here, and put this here, put it together and then cut it down to five or six second?' And they looked at me and said 'Wow. That's probably a good idea. A person across the table looked to me and said 'Bo Knows!' and it stuck. The table was empty and nobody sat down to struggled with their minds or stayed up all night in search of that catchy slogan. Before you had an iconic shoe, it was Nike Air Bo Turf, in 1990, you headlined with the Nike Air Trainer 3, that became known as your shoe. What are your memories surrounding this shoe? Air Trainer 3?
I'll explain it to you like this. In 1969 when I was in the first grade , growing up in rural Alabama in the winter, it was in 30s in the outside. And I was required to attend school barefoot. There were no shoes. This isn't for sympathy or as a sob story. However, I can recall my brother being just a few blocks away from his home. I'm at the front door. My other sister stood just a short distance from him,. our other sister was waiting at the stop for buses. My sister who was at the bus stop could see the bus go up the hill just a few miles away from her, she'd shout at my sister, who would yell at my brother. And my brother would yell to me. Then I'd walk out the door , barefoot. When my brother came to my first sister I'd have caught him before he even got there. When we finally got on the road I'm 15, 20 yards in front of my brother and sister. From walking to school in sandals in the winter of '69 until growing up and wearing a sneaker inspired by my mother ... I felt blessed.
