We want you to be satisfied; Therefore, all eligible courses purchased on ClouFan can be refunded within 30 days provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for a refund. Please see below for more information about our refund policy.

Our 30 day policy

While our 30-day refund policy is to allow students to learn risk-free, we must protect our instructors from fraud and offer them an affordable payment plan. Since payments are sent to instructors after 30 days, we will not process refund requests received after the refund period.

Additional reasons for rejected refunds

We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in our sole discretion where we believe there is a refund exemption, including but not limited to:

A significant portion of the course was used or downloaded by a student before a refund was requested.
A student requested a refund more than once for the same course.
An excessive amount of refund was requested by a student.
Users whose accounts have been reported, banned, or have had their access to the course disabled for violating our Terms or our Trust and Safety Guidelines.
We do not provide refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law (please see below for more information).
These refund restrictions will apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Loan repayments only

If a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be issued using ClouFan credits, provided that it complies with our 30-day refund policy.

If your course purchase is eligible for a credit refund only, this will be noted on the refund page.

Only purchase types eligible for a credit refund

iOS (Apple): iOS payments are processed through Apple, not ClouFan, and therefore we cannot offer cash refunds for in-app purchases made in the Apple App Store. You can learn more about Apple's refund policy here.

Bank and cash transfers: Certain bank and cash transfer methods are only eligible for credit refunds.

Boleto Bancário and Pix: Courses purchased through Boleto Bancário and Pix are eligible for a refund only.

ClouFan credits: For more information about ClouFan credits and their associated refunds, please click here.

Alfamart or Indomaret: Only credit refunds can be made for course purchases concluded at Alfamart and Indomaret.

Refunds for subscription plans

ClouFan's subscription plans do not offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and will not provide refunds or partial refunds unless otherwise required by applicable law (see below). If you signed up for a subscription through a free trial, you can cancel the free trial at any time without any fee.

Depending on your location, you may be eligible for a refund. We determine your location by the country associated with your account. Learn more about exceptions to subscription refunds where required by law.

Refunds for packages purchased through third party

Since the payment for the package is processed by the third-party seller, we have no transactions in our records and cannot initiate a refund for you. To request a refund, please contact the third-party seller directly.

Refunds for courses enrolled through third-party sales or promotions

If you signed up for a course through a third party sale or promotion on their platform/site (for example: a company sells or offers ClouFan courses), please contact the third party directly to request a refund. ClouFan does not have access to the information necessary to review or process these refund requests.
