Chardham Yatra Uttarakhand
The Chardham Yatra Uttarakhand is a holy journey of four Hindu shrines in Uttarakhand, India. The four sites are called Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. The temples here commemorate the spiritual roots of the religion's four sacred rivers - Ganga, Yamuna, Alaknanda, and Mandakini - and form one of the country's most important pilgrimage circuits. Every year, between April and November, hundreds of worshippers risk the severe weather and hazardous mountain roads and treks to get to them. In the eighth century, the great philosopher and reformer Adi Shankaracharya combined all of these pilgrimages into a type of spiritual circuit that was followed by generations after generations, perpetuating the annual custom of visiting these pilgrimages.Visit https://aaravtours.com/ for more details.
