I love the quests that are in the game! I think they're definitely of a different calibre. From OSRS gold I would say that their quests are generally even more enjoyable (they kept the quality writing and often go beyond the original, but they're more lore-based and less British humor, which while entertaining at times, especially with its puns and dry humour occasionally also has outdated views) However, many quests are in fact identical and a lot of my personal favourites can be found in both games! I'm not the biggest enthusiast of how some of the older material has a lot of stereotype humor (Ratcatchers and numerous Desert quests, I'm looking at you!) and encourages the use of alcohol on half of the game's population. It's simple to get drunk on it while doing them however, many quests rely on non-truly 'good' stereotypes.

The game I'm playing is A Kingdom Divided during Leagues and truly enjoyed the quest. It's a good balance of loreand intrigue as well as brain-intensive, and it provides the plot to a conclusion that was introduced in the other Zeah quests. Dragon Slayer II was also good - even if it felt similar to OSRS using a lot of RS3 story beats. Not necessarily a fan of Monkey Madness II - it often felt like that one tried to replicate the fun from Monkey Madness I (one of my most-loved games) It was rather go-do-this and then-that heavy, and the stealth section took up too major a portion of the quest for how specific the'solution to the quest's problem' was. Sins of the Father is an excellent alternative to RuneScape's Branches of Darkmeyer/Lord of Vampyrium story beat. Each of them is amazing on their own.

Not OSRS But you'd be difficult to top While Guthix sleeps. I tried it without a guide back in the days, and it was amazing. A ritual of Mahjarrat was equally amazing. For OSRS, specifically the games, there are several I haven't yet tried until now (namely since I'm playing UIM and don't have any equipment that is suitable to play Dragon Slayer 2 or Monkey Madness 2) however, I really enjoyed A Kingdom Divided to the fullest. I don't skip the dialogue, stories are why I play games.

OSRS is unique in its quests being unique, point click to relax at your personal speed, as if you were reading books. But after seeing people playing Final Fantasy I think they've had the best quests (a story I think they're calling it?) in MMOs at the moment. I'm nostalgic for Roving Elves but my favorite to play is likely Cold War or DS2!

As a long-time player in buy RS gold, FF, and having played many characters from a brand new beginning to a point of raid-ready in EQ and EQ2, from a range of different races, classes and cities: Nothing will top the satisfaction of finishing an Epic questline in the EQ. RS is a very close competitor in the depth of quests and how well they're written/strung into the world. FF is also very good however, I'm trying to find too much nostalgia when you play in the MMO as opposed to playing the original games (that have kinda just been mixed up into it as an MMO). The character progression in EQ is probably the best of all, in terms of leveling and gearing, but your actual involvement in your character and watching your character grow (if you want to call it that; it's mostly what you're) as a person is certainly where RS shines.
