HOW TO MANAGE SIDE EFFECTS

Take the medicine, with or just after a meal. Stick to simple meals. Avoid eating oily or spicy food. Contact your doctor if nausea and vomiting worsen.
Itchy skin:
Avoid hot showers because hot water can irritate the skin. Do not scratch the affected area. Use sunscreen and protective clothing when going outdoors or use unscented moisturizers to soothe and hydrate the skin. Contact your doctor if the itching persists.
Stomach pain:
Try to rest and relax. Eat small meals but take them frequently. Keep a heating pad on your stomach. Contact your doctor if the stomach pain does not improve.
Diarrhea:
Drink plenty of water or fruit juices, to keep you hydrated. Don’t take any medicine on your own to treat diarrhea. Contact your doctor if the diarrhea worsens.

ALCOHOL
Do not consume alcohol while taking MODALERT 200MG TABLET.
KIDNEY
MODALERT 200MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients suffering from kidney disease. Consult your doctor before taking it.
LIVER
MODALERT 200MG TABLET should be used with caution in patients suffering from liver disease. Consult your doctor before taking it.
Overdosage:
In case you or anybody else accidentally takes too much of MODALERT 200MG TABLET consult the doctor immediately. Symptoms of overdosage are feeling sick, disoriented, confused, restless, Insomnia, agitated, nervousness or anxiety, difficulty sleeping, hallucinations, excitation high blood pressure, palpitations, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and chest pain.
