If you are creating a ClouFan account on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms (and in that case, the terms "you" and "your" will refer to that organization). PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THESE TERMS. WHEN ACCEPTED, THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CLOUFAN. Your use of the Service and/or access to the website and/or use of content accessible through the service and/or website is subject to these Terms and the terms of ClouFan's Privacy Policy, which is published at https://www.cloufan.com/privacy-policy and incorporated herein by reference. In this Agreement, the term "Service" means any hosted service, technology, or application provided to you by ClouFan. Any new features or tools added to the Service or website shall also be subject to these Terms.

ClouFan Website

These Terms apply to all users of the ClouFan website, including users who provide video content, information, and/or other materials, skills, or services through the website, as well as users who access the Service through partner sites via API. The ClouFan website may contain links to third-party websites not owned or controlled by ClouFan.
